1. The Licensee shal comply with the provisions of the wildlife conservation act 1950, wildliferegulations 1970 and wildlife conservation (reptile and amphibian keeping) regulations 2002 and any notices and schedules in force under the act and these regulations.
As a DEC reptile keeper licence holder you must not only comply with the 18 conditions stated on your licence but you must also comply with any other acts, notices, regulations, and conditions that may relate to the licence held.
