12.All fauna held under this licence shall only be held at the premises listed on this licence, except when being treated by a registered veternarian surgeon, or enroute to a licenced reptile and amphibian dealer, a licensed reptile and amphibian farmer or as otherwise authorised by the executive director.
This condition relates to condition 7. Any animals held under a keepers licence must not leave the premises stated on the licence unless the animals is going to a dealer or vet.
This prevents any risk of your animal being hurt or stolen as wella s the risk of escape. It also halps prevent any transfer of disease or parasites if you were panning to take it to show a mate who also keeps reptiles.
Approvals can be organised for any special circumstances but must be approved by the executive director.
