6.the fauna listed below shal not be kept in the bedrooms or bathrooms of the licensees dwelling premises.
This is often a problem for most younger children whos parents will not allow the animal anywear else within the house or think the aimal will receive more attention/care if house in a bedroom.
This condition basically covers wildlife officers as bedrooms and bathrooms are private rooms within the home. These are generally rooms within the home you dont want people to have random access to and most wildlife officers dont want to go searching through a childes messy room.
This does not mean reptiles can be hidden in bedrooms or bathrooms as wildlife officers can still obtain access permission to entre these areas of your home if required.
