7.The fauna listed below shall not be displayed to the general public.
Animals held under a keepers licence may not be displayed to the general public. The licence is issued to an address and animals are not permitted to be removed from that premises for display purposes or taking tha animal out for fun. If you wish to publicly diplay animals you must apply for a display licence.
Animals are not permitted to be removed from the licences stated premises unless its to be taken to a authorised dealer or vet. Animals are not to be taken out with you to the shopping centre, a mates place, a party or a herp meeting unless prior permission has been given in writing by the Department of Environment and Conservation. This prvents any risk of your animal being hurt or stolen as well as the transfer of any parasites or disease.
